Claudia R. Casas

Claudia Casas concentrates her practice in labor and employment law (including but not limited to asserting claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, the FMLA, and the TCHRA). With a diverse legal background, Claudia has experience in a wide variety of civil cases arising out of both state and federal law.

Claudia received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a clinical student in the immigration clinic and the labor law clinic. In 2013, she graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Administration and a minor in Economics. She is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.

Prior to joining TB Robinson Law Group, PLLC in 2020, Claudia was an Associate Attorney at Gomez Law, PLLC, where she represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation, including real estate, probate, immigration, and family law. Claudia is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
